Residential Storage company in Brazil

To be more specific, I am located in Sao Paulo, Brazil, so I hope to locate a storage company that is local to me as I have many things to store and I do not want to have to drive a long way to take it there. What are the rates for your storage rooms? Are your facilities secure? Do you have a working sprinkler system in case of fire? Do you allow access to your storage area to only those who have rental or lease agreements with your company? Do you offer discounts for long-term customers who pay in advance? I estimate I will need storage space for at least one year. Would that qualify for a discount?
