What sizes of storage areas does your company have available? Are your storage units indoor, or outdoor? Are your storage units equipped with roll-up doors? I would like to schedule an appointment to visit your storage company before I commit to renting a unit. Do you have an on-site manager at your storage facility? What are the hours that someone is available at your storage company? Is there a gate that secures the area? Will I have my own key, or will someone from your company have to open the gate for me to access the storage area? I do need this unit for a long-term. What are the rental terms that are available? Do you charge by the month, or by the year? Can I pay in advance? If I do pay in advance, am I eligible for a discount?
