Furniture Storage company in Austria

My house will be undergoing some renovations over the next several weeks. It is scheduled to begin in about two weeks. Therefore, I am requesting information from a furniture storage company in Austria who has the facilities for me to store my furniture for the duration of the renovation project. Would your company be able to come to my home and pickup the furniture and take it to the storage facility? Regardless of whom delivers it to storage, could you provide the necessary padding to protect the furniture both while it is in transit to your storage area as well as for the duration it will be in storage? Do you offer a long-term storage discount, or are your rates standard regardless? Is your storage facility secured? Does it have the proper fire and theft protection mechanisms in place in order to protect my furniture? Do you offer insurance to those who have placed items into storage with your company?
