I am seeking to lease one of your storage units for the next several months. I will present a few of my questions here so that you will know what I am seeking. Does your company have an on-site manager? If so, then what hours are your manager available? How does one gain access to your storage areas? Do you have a gate, and if so is it locked? Is your storage facility available to anyone, or is it only available to businesses? Does your storage area have climate control? What sizes of storage units do you have available? Is there some calculation method that I can use so I can determine the size of the unit that I need? Are there electrical outlets in your storage areas? Please also include in your information pack how much you will charge for rent or lease each month and if there are any discounts available. Thanks.
