Container shipping from Belize to South Carolina USA

I own my 20' container and will be shipping it back from Belize Port to Due West, South Carolina. I want to know what will be the most cost effective way/route to ship it. I do not know the weight of the container/cargo. Cargo is personal belongings only that were sent to BZE 6 months ago. We have the original manifest but will be reducing the cargo prior to departure back to the US. We have no way to weigh the container prior to arrival at the port. Please advise me as to how next to proceed. I am interested in shipping the container before the end of December 2014.
